At the meeting, Mr. Tran Ba Phuc, Chairman of the Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Association in Australia, informed that many countries, including Australia, are very interested in learning about suppliers and manufacturers from Vietnam to diversify their supply sources. At the meeting, Cellysis Company introduced a new cold storage technology combining 3 approved chemicals to extend the storage time up to 60 days after harvest while still maintaining quality, color, and beautiful appearance, serving well for long-distance shipping by sea, saving costs and increasing export output. The company also introduced some types of Australian government start-up support funds for businesses, including agricultural businesses and Vietnamese businesses in Australia.
Representatives of Kim Chinh Company, Hai Duong invited experts from Cellysis Company to directly experiment with preserving this technology on lychee during the upcoming lychee harvest season in May.
