The incident was recorded by the dash cam of the car behind. It was dark and there were few vehicles moving, fortunately there was no traffic collision.
The clip is said to have been filmed on a road in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
Vinh City Police (Nghe An) have investigated and invited the owner of the Hyundai i10 and the girl to come in for questioning.
