Searching for the man who hit an 11-year-old girl, causing a traumatic brain injury on Highway 17B through Dong Cam Commune (Kim Thanh) and then fled

The Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police, has just announced to find people, related vehicles, and people who know about the accident that occurred on National Highway 17B, in Dong Cam Commune (Kim Thanh), causing a traumatic brain injury to an 11-year-old girl.

Previously, at around 8:30 p.m. on March 18, at km 25 of National Highway 17B, in Dong Cam Commune, VTKN, born in 2014 in Dong Cam Commune, was walking across the street from left to right in the direction from Hoa Binh Commune to Tam Ky Commune when he was suspected to have been hit by a motorbike. The motorbike that caused the accident had an unknown license plate, suspected to be a young man traveling from Hoa Binh Commune to Tam Ky Commune. After the accident, the motorcyclist left the scene and headed towards Tam Ky Commune.

The accident caused N. to suffer a temporal epidural hematoma and had to be treated at Kim Thanh District Medical Center, then transferred to Viet Duc Friendship Hospital (Hanoi).

To serve the investigation and settlement of traffic accidents according to regulations, the Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police announces to find people, vehicles involved or people who know the content of the incident.
