At the meeting, citizens mainly raised recommendations and complaints related to the issuance of land use right certificates, compensation for site clearance, and handling of officials and party members with signs of violations...
Among them, 8 households in Chi Lang Nam commune requested to change their land use right certificates. In 1996, these households were granted land use right certificates, but these 8 certificates were issued in the wrong location, did not match the actual land plot, and the receipt only stated that the contract fee was collected.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Van Hieu requested the People's Committee of Thanh Mien district and relevant agencies to clarify, resolutely handle and promptly resolve the issue of granting and exchanging land use right certificates for 8 households.
Regarding each citizen's petition, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong Province, Le Van Hieu, accepted and requested the People's Committee of Thanh Mien district to respond to the people thoroughly and clearly right at the meeting.
Comrade Le Van Hieu also requested that the Chairman of Thanh Mien District People's Committee should give a specific and clear deadline for resolving each content that citizens proposed and reflected at the public reception.
