Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation is allowed to continue using 11 real estate facilities, and develop appropriate arrangement and handling plans for 6 other real estate facilities.

The Ministry of Finance has agreed with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on a plan to rearrange and handle 17 real estate facilities of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation.
Accordingly, 11 real estate facilities including the headquarters of the Labor Federation will be retained and continued to be used: Hai Duong province, Hai Duong city, Kinh Mon town and the districts of Ninh Giang, Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Thanh Ha, Binh Giang, Cam Giang, Thanh Mien, Tu Ky.
Regarding the 3 real estate facilities of the Chi Linh City and Gia Loc District Labor Federation, the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Culture House (No. 5 Ngo Quyen Street, Hai Duong City), currently leased, lent, and associated with businesses, etc., the Ministry of Finance requests the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to inspect, review, and handle violations (if any) so that the management and use of real estate is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, and on that basis, propose a suitable rearrangement plan.
Regarding the former Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation Employment Service Center (later renamed Hai Duong Trade Union Vocational Education Center, No. 201 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Hai Duong City) and 2 facilities of Con Son Tourism and Trade Union Company Limited (guest house area and guest house dormitory area in Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh City), due to no need to use, located in the planning area of religious land, relics and the locality plans to arrange for a commercial service area serving the Con Son - Kiep Bac historical - cultural relic area, the Ministry of Finance requests the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to review and coordinate with the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to handle according to regulations.
Reviewing real estate facilities to evaluate the efficiency of use, rearrange them reasonably, avoid wasting public works and headquarters according to Decree 67/2021/ND-CP dated July 15, 2021 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 167/2017/ND-CP dated December 31, 2017 of the Government regulating the rearrangement and handling of public assets.
