Gia Loc proposes a plan to rearrange and handle housing and land facilities.

Gia Loc district has proposed to retain and continue using 43 houses and land facilities managed by the district.

The land belonging to the National Reserve (Gia Loc town) was proposed by Gia Loc district to be managed by the District People's Committee.

In response to the request of the Department of Finance to review surplus houses and land that are no longer in use, Gia Loc district has proposed to retain and continue using 43 facilities with a land area of 119,648.7m2, floor area of 600m2 managed by the district. Sell assets on land, transfer the right to use houses and land belonging to Gia Loc Town Primary School; convert the function of the land of Quang Minh commune's central stadium to expand the headquarters of Quang Minh commune People's Committee.

For the noodle kiln area in Gia Loc town, it is proposed to hand it over to the District People's Committee for management to plan it into commercial and service land. Adjust a location from selling assets on the land, transferring land use rights to public land to make the village's playground.

Regarding 9 real estate facilities managed by agencies and enterprises managed by the province and the Central Government located in the area, Gia Loc also proposed to hand over 5 locations to the district for management to convert into residential land; organize auctions for the right to use 4 locations to mobilize resources for investment in local construction works.
