Transfer 50 m2Land and houses in lane 30, Chu Van An street (Hai Duong city) belonging to the old collective housing area of the Department of Science and Technology are managed and handled by the People's Committee of Hai Duong city according to regulations.
Transfer 3,687/112,696 m2The land and houses in Toan Thang commune belong to the collective housing area of the second facility of the Center for Science and Technology Application and Seed Testing (Department of Science and Technology) under the management of Gia Loc District People's Committee. On this land, there are individual houses of officials and workers of the center currently in use.
The reason for the transfer is that the managing unit no longer needs to use it.
After the transfer, the Department of Science and Technology still manages and uses 2 real estate facilities in Thanh Binh ward (Hai Duong city) and 1 real estate facility in Toan Thang commune (Gia Loc).
