According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, the city has 28 houses and land that need to be arranged and handled with a total land area of more than 7,200 m2.2, house area over 4,800 m2.
To date, 2 establishments have had their plans for selling assets on land and transferring land use rights approved, 4 establishments are completing documents for sale, and 17 establishments are not eligible for sale due to problems related to planning.
