Gia Loc district has 15 houses and land facilities that have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for the overall plan to rearrange and handle houses and land in the province according to Decision No. 3604/QD-UBND dated December 29, 2022.
Up to now, of the 9 houses and lands approved for "sale of assets on land, transfer of land use rights", only Nhat Tan commune has submitted documents to the Provincial People's Committee for approval; the remaining 8 houses and lands are in the process of completing procedures. The Tam Luong Kindergarten (Tan Tien commune), the cultural house and sports ground of Nhan Ly village (Hong Hung commune) are in the category of "temporarily retained for continued use", but the People's Committees of the 2 communes have not implemented it because it is in the rural residential land planning. The headquarters of the Gia Hoa commune People's Committee (old) is in the category of "transfer", the People's Committee of Yet Kieu commune has coordinated to extract the cadastral map to determine the location of the land boundary.
Regarding the housing and land facilities approved by the Provincial People's Committee, the headquarters of the Gia Khanh Commune People's Committee (old) is subject to "functional conversion". The Gia Khanh Commune People's Committee is coordinating with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to demarcate the relic site and submit it to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism for appraisal to prepare a dossier to request the Provincial People's Committee to approve.
The headquarters of the People's Committee of Phuong Hung commune (old) has been approved by the People's Council of Gia Loc district to invest in converting it into the workplace of Gia Loc town police.
