Recover and auction 4 houses and land

The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to reclaim and sell the assets of 4 public houses and lands in the province.

The old headquarters of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Ninh Giang District Branch, Ninh Giang Town is one of the four real estate facilities recovered and auctioned by the province.

The facilities to be recovered include: the old headquarters of the Institute of Food Crops and Food Plants in Ai Quoc Ward (Hai Duong City) with a total area of 1,720 m2 (assets on the land include an office building and a guard house with a floor area of 194 m2). The old headquarters of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Ninh Giang District Branch in Ninh Giang Town, with a total recovered land area of about 1,214 m2 (assets on the land include a 2-storey office building and 2 1-storey temporary houses, with a usable floor area of about 450 m2). The old headquarters of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, Nam Sach district branch on Tran Phu street (Nam Sach town) with a total recovered area of 74.4 m2 (assets on the land include a 2-storey office building, usable floor area is 128 m2) and the headquarters of the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank of Tu Ky district (old) in Tu Ky town with a total area of about 1,178 m2 (assets on the land include an office building, guest house, staff rest house, kitchen, yard, gate, fence).

These recovered assets are handed over to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, the People's Committees of Ninh Giang, Nam Sach, and Tu Ky districts to organize the auction of assets on land and transfer land use rights according to regulations. The above 4 real estate facilities must be recovered for auction because the localities do not have a need to use them.
