Ms. Dang Thi Hong Hanh in An Thuong Commune (Hai Duong City) was authorized by Mr. Dang Van Hien and Mr. Dang Van Chuong to complain about the failure of Hai Duong City People's Committee to issue a land use right certificate. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the Hai Duong City People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant agencies to proactively verify and resolve the matter in accordance with the law, and respond to Ms. Hanh before February 28, 2024.

Complaining about land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance for the Hai Duong BOT Thermal Power Plant Project, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho in Quang Thanh Commune (Kinh Mon) said that the land compensation price was low, assets on the land had not been fully compensated... Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the People's Committee of Kinh Mon Town to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to review the compensation and support plan process in accordance with regulations, and respond to Ms. Tho before February 28, 2024.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Pham Khac Giam in Hung Dao commune (Chi Linh city) complained about not publicly announcing the second complaint decision according to the regulations of the People's Committee of Chi Linh city regarding the clearance and dismantling of the surrounding wall since 2018. The Provincial Party Secretary requested the People's Committee of Chi Linh city to urge the implementation, consider the responsibilities of the relevant parties, if there are any violations, review and have a plan to handle them according to regulations before February 28, 2024.

Regarding the proposal to refund the amount paid to the state budget for 3 auctioned land lots in the residential area of ​​Goi village, Binh Xuyen commune (Binh Giang) of Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen in An Phu ward (Kinh Mon), the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the People's Committee of Binh Giang district to report to the Provincial People's Committee to organize a meeting to have a solution before February 28, 2024.
