The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province changed the time to receive citizens in January.

Due to changes in the work program, the regular citizen reception schedule for January 2024 of the Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman will take place from 8:00 a.m. on January 12 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office at 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City). Other contents are implemented according to Notice No. 01/TB-UBND dated January 3, 2024 of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.

Previously, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province planned to receive citizens periodically in January from 2:00 p.m. on January 12.

According to the Provincial People's Committee Office, citizens must register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee before January 9. The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman will receive citizens who have registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level. For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district-level People's Committees, citizens are requested to contact the competent agency or person (department, branch or district-level People's Committee) for consideration and resolution.
