Hai Duong considers spending 35 billion VND/year on the Health - Population Target Program

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province will submit to the Provincial People's Council a Resolution regulating the content and norms of expenditures for activities under the Health - Population Target Program using local budget sources in Hai Duong province until 2025.

The report of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee clearly stated the content and spending norms focusing on supporting the implementation of 6 policies, including: General spending levels; support for activities to prevent and control some dangerous infectious diseases and common non-communicable diseases; expanded immunization; population and development; food safety; combined military and civilian medicine.

The estimated implementation cost is 35 billion VND/year from the state budget.

There are some expenditure contents and expenditure levels to encourage and motivate people directly participating in the program. That is, maximum support of 100,000 VND/person/village for collaborators, village and residential area health workers who directly advise, guide rehabilitation and self-care interventions for people with disabilities or guide rehabilitation and care measures for family members of people with disabilities at home. Support of 200,000 VND/person/day for medical staff at medical facilities mobilized to participate in training and exercises of combined military-civilian-medical forces to meet the requirements of rapid intervention in emergency situations...
