Buying materials and instructions for making fireworks is so easy that recently an 11th grade student in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang) learned how to make fireworks online to sell for profit. When this student brought fireworks to sell, the Cam Giang district police discovered and confiscated them. This student was also prosecuted for trafficking and manufacturing prohibited goods.

Every year, near the Lunar New Year, the issue of firecrackers becomes hot again. Accidents in the production and use of firecrackers are obvious to everyone. Many people have suffered lifelong injuries or even lost their lives because of firecrackers, becoming a burden for their families and society.
