Despite the prohibition signs, many people still brazenly turn their cars around or turn left into the Hanoi - Hai Phong lane on National Highway 5 through Cam Giang district (Hai Duong).
At the crossroads on Highway 5, near the College of Tourism and Industry, in Lai Cach town (Cam Giang), in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi, there is a sign prohibiting cars from turning around and turning left. However, many people still brazenly turn their cars into the lane in the direction of Hanoi - Hai Phong or turn left into this lane to enter the residential area of village 5, Lai Cach town.
If going correctly, the driver must go to Quy Duong intersection between National Highway 5 and District Road 194C, in Tan Truong Commune (Cam Giang) to turn back.
In just 30 minutes, there were more than a dozen cars turning around and turning left at this crosswalk. There were a lot of people and vehicles on both sides of the road, so some cars had to stop for a long time to get to the other side, forcing many other drivers to brake and avoid them. Several traffic accidents have occurred here.
Some people even ride motorbikes in the wrong direction on the Hai Phong - Hanoi lane in this area.
The above traffic insecurity situation has been going on for a long time.
