Hong Linh Town Procuracy prosecuted, temporarily detained and searched the residence of Tran Quoc Vuong (born in 1983), residing in Thach Quy ward, Ha Tinh city and Le Van An (born in 1986), residing in Thach Hung commune, Ha Tinh city.
These two people are contract employees of the Animal Quarantine and Testing Station under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Ha Tinh, located in Hong Linh town.
