In 2025, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will monitor the disbursement of targeted support capital for district-level budgets and the disbursement of public investment capital in the province.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 53/NQ-HDND dated July 12, 2024 on the Provincial People's Council's Supervision Program in 2025.
According to the resolution, in addition to supervision at the session through reports and questions, the People's Council of Hai Duong province will conduct 3 thematic supervision contents, including: The situation of ordering and implementing the provision of public services using the state budget in the province; the reception and lending from entrusted capital sources through the Hai Duong Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch; administrative reform work associated with digital transformation in the province.
Notably, regarding regular supervision, the Provincial People's Council will supervise the implementation results of the Project to strengthen the periodic repair of provincial and district roads in the 2022-2026 period, with a vision to 2030; the disbursement of targeted support capital for district-level budgets in the 2022-2025 period and the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025 in the province.
