According to the recently issued Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, Hai Duong will reclaim nearly 400 hectares of land to implement projects and works arising in 2024. Thanh Mien is the locality with the largest area to be reclaimed, with more than 94.4 hectares.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will monitor the disbursement of public investment capital.

In 2025, the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council will monitor the disbursement of targeted support capital for district-level budgets and the disbursement of public investment capital in the province.
