Hai Duong Youth Union Launches Volunteer Peak Day

On March 23, the Provincial Youth Union and the Youth Union of Hai Duong province jointly organized the Launching Ceremony of the Peak Day of Volunteering to Join Hands in Building New Rural Areas and the First Green Sunday in 2025 in Kien Phuc commune (Ninh Giang).

The peak volunteer day to join hands in building new rural areas and Green Sunday in 2025 aim to promote the pioneering role of union members and young people to join hands in building new rural areas, protecting the environment and responding to climate change.

At the launching ceremony, Agribank Hai Duong supported the locality with resources to build new rural areas, including 1 "Youth Tree Row" project worth 30 million VND and 1 "Charity House" project worth 50 million VND.

On this occasion,The organizing committee awarded 20 scholarships to students with difficult circumstances but with the will to strive and achieve high results in their studies.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, delegates and youth union members participated in planting trees and inaugurating the "Youth Tree Row" project, implementing the model of "People's Market to Reduce Waste" and "People's Market without Cash".

On the same day, all levels of the Youth Union in the province also launched the Volunteer Peak Day.
