The province-wide work progress management software is expected to be widely deployed in March. For tasks that are close to due or overdue, the software will automatically warn (in the form of a countdown timer).
On the afternoon of March 7, at the Eastern Cultural Center, the Department of Science and Technology organized a training session on using work progress management software. The training session was attended by more than 40 officials and experts in the field of information technology (assigned as focal points) from departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province.
Work progress management software used on web platform at addresshttps://cddh.haiduong.gov.vn; The Department of Science and Technology has configured all 81 tasks from Plan 726 according to specific task assignments for departments, branches, sectors, units and localities in the province.
The above mentioned work progress management software has been installed and operated at the Provincial Data Center to ensure strict security requirements. Each agency and unit is given an account to use the software, providing it to the focal staff to perform the synthesis task.
Periodically every month or during the implementation process, departments, branches, units, and localities in the province must report and update progress reports on the implementation of related tasks on the software. Based on these reported figures and data, the Department of Science and Technology will appraise. Then, a report will be prepared and sent to the Provincial People's Committee in case the agencies and units complete the tasks; otherwise, the report will be returned to the agencies and units for adjustment and supplementation, along with comments and proposals.
For tasks that are close to due or overdue, the software will automatically warn (in the form of a countdown timer).
During use, if there are any problems, agencies and units can contact the Information Technology Department (Department of Science and Technology) for answers.
It is expected that from March 10, the work progress management software will be deployed throughout the province.
In addition, the above web-based software is integrated into the command and control application for provincial leaders, departments, branches, units, and localities; and is synchronized with data at the province's IOC Intelligent Operation Monitoring Center.
This command and control application synthesizes data on the implementation of all tasks of departments, branches, units, and localities in the province such as implementing Resolution 57, public investment, budget revenue and expenditure, etc.
To implement Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP dated January 9 of the Government and Action Program No. 113-CTr/TU dated February 18 of the Provincial Party Committee to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated November 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in the province, on February 20, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 726/KH-UBND.
Plan 726 sets out 81 specific tasks in 10 task groups. To implement this plan, the Department of Science and Technology is assigned to build and develop software to monitor work progress, to be completed before March 10, 2025.
