Changing the purpose of nearly 6 hectares of land to build a new residential area in Tu Minh ward

The Provincial People's Committee has just decided to change the purpose of use of nearly 6 hectares of land in Tu Minh Ward (Hai Duong City), handing over the first phase of land to the Hai Duong City Basic Construction Investment Project Management Board to invest in the construction of a new residential area project in the west of Tu Minh Ward (Hai Duong City) according to the approved detailed construction plan.

This area has been reclaimed by the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, compensation has been completed, and site clearance support has been provided. The land area converted to this residential area includes the following types of land: rice cultivation, annual and perennial crops, aquaculture, transportation, irrigation, urban residential land, etc. The form of land allocation is without land use fees. The land allocation deadline is December 31, 2024.

The new residential area project in the west of Tu Minh ward, Hai Duong city has a total recovered area of ​​over 28 hectares. Phase I has an area of ​​nearly 7 hectares, serving the resettlement of households subject to land recovery for the project to renovate and expand Vu Cong Dan road connecting Hai Duong city and Cam Giang and Binh Giang districts.
