According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, by mid-August, the city had completed site clearance work with an area of ​​57,500 m2 for the new residential area project west of Tu Minh ward (phase 1).

There are nearly 11,800 m left.2Land clearance has not been completed for 5 households using pond land for residential purposes, 12 households using residential land, 1 household approved the compensation plan but has not received money due to petitioning for some contents that are against regulations and some graves that must be moved. It is expected that in December, the city will complete land clearance for the above area.

Within the cleared area, the construction unit has carried out the items of leveling the ground, road foundation, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, electricity supply, water supply, lighting, domestic electricity, embankment, marking and dividing the plots with completed infrastructure... The construction volume is estimated to reach more than 80%, and the infrastructure is expected to be completed in August.

The new residential area project in the west of Tu Minh ward is a project to create resources and arrange resettlement for the renovation and expansion of Vu Cong Dan street. When the project is completed, it will contribute to speeding up the progress of site clearance for the construction of Vu Cong Dan street.
