At the 17th session of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, the Economic - Budget Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council proposed that the Provincial People's Council approve the recovery of 63.73 hectares of land to implement 38 projects and works. The Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council proposed to allow the conversion of the purpose of use of 34.82 hectares of rice-growing land to implement 25 projects and works.
The Economic - Budget Committee of the People's Council of Hai Duong province proposed to remove from the list of land use conversion purposes 17.5 hectares of rice-growing land to implement the East-West axis road construction project in Kim Thanh district because it is not under the authority of the Provincial People's Council according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 58 of the 2013 Land Law; has not approved land recovery to implement 21 works and projects and has not changed the land use purpose for 9 works and projects because it is not included in the land use planning approved by competent authorities.. Previously, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province submitted to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval to reclaim nearly 72 hectares of land in 10 districts and cities (except Tu Ky district and Kinh Mon town) to implement 59 projects and works.
Kim Thanh district has the largest proposed land acquisition area with nearly 23 hectares to carry out 5 projects. Some major projects are the East-West Axis Road Construction Project in Kim Thanh district, from Ngu Phuc roundabout, the intersection with National Highway 17B intersection to Tam Ky (18 hectares); handling surplus land, interspersed in residential areas in communes and towns (more than 4.2 hectares)...
Thanh Ha and Binh Giang districts have the smallest proposed area for recovery, only about 1 hectare.See details here.
