Comrades Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen and Nguyen Xuan Manh hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.

On the morning of November 13, comrades: Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province attended the conference of the Provincial Party Committee Office to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc to work at the Provincial Party Committee Office and appointed her as Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; decided to appoint comrade Nguyen Xuan Manh, Head of the General Department of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. The term of office of the two comrades as Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office is from November 13, 2023 to November 12, 2028.

In his speech assigning tasks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the capacity and qualities of the comrades appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office and requested them to continue to promote their strengths, experience, capacity, and expertise together with the collective of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Provincial Party Committee Office to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The new Deputy Chiefs of the Provincial Party Committee Office need to promote their highest responsibility, capacity, and proactiveness together with the collective leadership of the Provincial Party Committee Office to advise and contribute to improving the effectiveness of leadership, direction, and operation of the organization and implementation of tasks of Hai Duong province.

Representing the two appointed officials, the new Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen, expressed her gratitude for the attention and trust of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; accepted the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Secretary and promised to continue to promote her capacity, responsibility, solidarity, effort and dedication to fulfill her duties well, contributing to the successful completion of the duties of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen was born in 1977, from Dong Hai I Ward, Hai An District (Hai Phong City), has a master's degree in economics and a high level of political theory. She has held the positions of Deputy Head and Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Agencies; and has held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Agencies since August 2015.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Manh was born in 1980, from Chi Lang Nam commune (Thanh Mien), has a bachelor's degree in economics and a high level of political theory. He has worked at the Provincial Party Committee Office since December 2007 and has held the position of Deputy Head of the General Department since August 2010, and has held the position of Head of the General Department since April 2021.

Currently, the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee Office has 1 Chief of Office and 3 Deputy Chiefs of Office.

In September 2023, comrade Tran Viet Hung, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was transferred to work at the Hai Duong City Party Committee, holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; comrade Ngo Thi Hong Loan, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, was elected Vice President of the Hai Duong Provincial Labor Federation.
