Building Thanh Ha expanded town (Thanh Ha) into 1 of 5 satellite towns supporting Hai Duong city

This is one of the contents in Decision No. 2129/QD/UBND dated August 22 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approving the General Planning of Thanh Ha new urban area (expanded Thanh Ha town) until 2045.

Accordingly, the expanded Thanh Ha town includes the entire natural area of ​​Thanh Ha town and Thanh Khe commune, about 903.07 hectares.

The central area of ​​the town is oriented to be an administrative area, square, central park of the district and an ecological urban area. The north exploits commercial services of eco-tourism and renovates, embellishes and expands existing central town works. The eastern space area along provincial road 390 and bypass of provincial road 390B prioritizes the development and expansion of urban residential land and high-quality agricultural areas to connect with the Huong River ecological tourism service area. The western space area is oriented to be a space for clean agricultural development applying high technology. The southern space area (Thanh Khe commune area) prioritizes the embellishment and renovation of social infrastructure and technical infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with the criteria of a type V urban area and research on the development of ecological tourism services.

Regarding residential land, maintain the planning of some new residential areas that have been and are being implemented, at the same time adjust and supplement the planning of new residential areas such as the new residential areas of Tan An commune and Thanh Khe commune (expanded), the new residential area west of the town People's Committee headquarters, residential areas in area 5 and some small areas, interspersed in old residential areas to renovate and embellish the urban area, serve resettlement, and synchronously connect traffic and technical infrastructure.

Regarding park and green area: Planning the central park area in Thanh Binh eco-urban area with an area of ​​about 6 hectares; planning green park areas in residential areas: Xuan An (area of ​​nearly 3 hectares), Area 1 (area of ​​more than 1 hectare), Area 5 (3 locations, total area of ​​nearly 2 hectares)...
