Will adjust the local planning of Nam Thang residential area project in Chi Linh

According to the report of the Department of Construction at the May meeting (5th) of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, the Nam Thang residential area construction project, Cong Hoa ward (Chi Linh) is invested by a consortium of Joint Stock Companies: Con Son Construction Materials, Truc Thon, Viet Tien Son Real Estate. The project has a total area of ​​nearly 78,782.1 m2, of which the land area has been assigned to the investor 78,372 m2. The remaining 410.1 m2 has not been cleared and has not been assigned land to implement the project due to overlapping with the residential area project east of Yet Kieu street (Chi Linh).

The Department of Construction proposed that the Provincial People's Committee allow the investor to adjust the project's local planning.

Agreeing with the report of the Department of Construction, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban assigned this department to base on the practical situation and current difficulties to advise the Provincial People's Committee, organize the implementation of local planning adjustments; guide the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, investors, and related units to implement infrastructure investment and acceptance in accordance with legal regulations. Regarding land, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to coordinate with the People's Committee of Chi Linh City to review the project. If there is any overlap or discrepancy in the allocated land area, it is necessary to advise on adjusting the land allocation decision to comply with the planning; at the same time, review the boundary of the overlapping area related to the residential area project east of Yet Kieu Street.

The Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Chi Linh City and relevant units to guide the investor to advise the Provincial People's Committee to adjust the project, mainly on the total investment.

After performing the above tasks, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance and relevant units to review financial obligations and advise and report to the Provincial People's Committee.

At the Nam Thang residential area construction project, Cong Hoa ward (Chi Linh), on the area of ​​78,372 m2 of land handed over, the investor has organized construction, basically completing technical infrastructure items, including leveling, roads, water supply, fire prevention and fighting, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, ditch embankment, telecommunications, lighting, parks, trees. In particular, the household electricity item has completed 90% of the volume.
