On the morning of June 4, the Hai Duong Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a training session on the implementation of a toolkit for evaluating and recognizing the "Learning Citizen" model for the 2021-2030 period.

275 leaders of the District and Commune-level Associations for Promotion of Education were introduced to the organizational model of the toolkit by lecturers from Hanoi Open University. They were given specific and detailed instructions on the application of information technology in digitizing learning models, using software and processing data, evidence, enhancing the application of information technology in organizing lifelong learning activities and building the model of "Learning Citizens"; maximally supporting automation, applying software technology in the process of collecting information, evaluating criteria for learning citizens and learning units.

This activity is part of the plan to implement Decision No. 677/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the Program "Building a model of learning citizens for the period 2021-2030" and Decision No. 244/QD-KHVN of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education on the criteria and guidelines for evaluating and recognizing the title "Learning Citizen" for the period 2021-2030", aiming to enhance digital capacity for workers, forming "digital citizens" to meet the requirements of the national digital transformation program...
After the training session, the District Association for Promotion of Education will organize training for the Associations for Promotion of Education so that each citizen can deploy the evaluation system of the "Learning Citizen" model.
