On the afternoon of January 19, comrade Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to workers in Hai Duong on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Mai Van Chinh, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, provided an overview of the socio-economic development, security - defense, and Party and government building situation of our country in 2024 and affirmed that in the overall achievements of the whole country, there are important contributions of Hai Duong province.
The Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization highly appreciated the drastic participation of all levels and sectors in Hai Duong in effectively implementing social security policies, contributing to taking care of people's material and spiritual lives; creating all favorable conditions for people to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet warmly and enthusiastically.
Trade unions at all levels have organized many meaningful programs for Party and State leaders to visit, present gifts and encourage union members and workers in Hai Duong on the occasion of Tet At Ty. This is a practical activity demonstrating the care and concern of the Party, State, local Party committees and authorities for workers and laborers. Union members and laborers need to continue to uphold the spirit of solidarity, work enthusiastically and produce to improve income, contributing to the development of increasingly prosperous enterprises and units.
Comrade Mai Van Chinh noted that the year 2025 is associated with many major events of special significance. The Provincial Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong need to be proactive, creative and united to overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully complete the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
On the occasion of the traditional New Year, the year of the Snake, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission Mai Van Chinh wished the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Duong to confidently enter the new year with new determination, new motivation and achieve many outstanding results in the era of national development.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 100 gifts (each gift worth 1.3 million VND) to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and presented 890 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in Hai Duong (each gift worth 1.3 million VND). Trade unions at all levels in the province coordinated with agencies, units, and enterprises to present gifts to nearly 200,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances and with low incomes, with a total amount of nearly 65 billion VND.
At the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" and "Tet Union Market 2025", the Provincial Labor Federation presented 500 gifts (each worth 1 million VND); presented 3,000 discount vouchers (each worth 100,000 VND); supported train and bus fares to go home for Tet for 500 union members and workers (support level of 500,000 VND/person); organized a "Zero-VND booth" providing many essential items for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
