Do Van Minh was wanted under the decision dated January 22, 2013 of the Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon District Police (now Kinh Mon town) for the crime of property theft.

At 3:00 p.m. on May 6, the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team, Kinh Mon Town Police (Hai Duong) arrested wanted suspect Do Van Minh (born in 1980, residing in Tu Lac 2 residential area, Minh Tan ward, Kinh Mon) while he was hiding in Hung Phu village, Hung Loc commune (Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa).
Minh was wanted under the decision dated January 22, 2013 of the Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon District Police (now Kinh Mon town) for the crime of property theft.
In 2012, Minh and a number of other subjects stole property in Minh Tan Commune (now Minh Tan Ward). The Investigation Police Agency of Kinh Mon District Police investigated, prosecuted the accused and applied measures to prohibit Minh and his accomplices from leaving their place of residence. Fearing imprisonment, Minh fled the area.
Over the past 10 years, Minh has been hiding in many places, going to the sea areas of Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa to work on fishing boats.
