Hai Duong City has 60 new classrooms put into use at Hoa Su Kindergarten, Quang Trung Kindergarten, Tien Tien Primary School, An Thuong Primary School, Ngoc Chau Primary School. The total construction cost is over 144 billion VND.
Next is Binh Giang district with 40 classrooms put into use for the new school year at Ke Sat Kindergarten, Thuc Khang Kindergarten; Co Bi Primary School and Tan Viet Secondary School. The total construction cost is about 57.3 billion VND.
