Currently, Kim Thanh district (Hai Duong) no longer lacks classrooms. Educational institutions no longer have to rely on temporary classrooms as before.
According to the Department of Education and Training of Kim Thanh district, since the beginning of the year, the district has invested in and put into use 34 new classrooms and subject rooms in localities and 2 principal buildings of Kim Xuyen Primary School (Kim Xuyen), Phu Thai Secondary School (Phu Thai town). It is expected that in October, the district will continue to invest in building 3 more multi-purpose buildings of Kim Anh Secondary School (Kim Anh), Co Dung (Co Dung), Phu Thai (Phu Thai town).
Kim Thanh currently has no shortage of classrooms. Educational facilities no longer have to rely on temporary or rented classrooms as before. 100% of schools and classrooms are solidified. The entire district has 47/54 schools meeting national standards, accounting for 87.03%, higher than the provincial average (the entire province has more than 77%). Kim Thanh is also one of the districts with the highest rate of national standard schools in the province.
In the 2024-2025 school year, Kim Thanh district has 31,755 preschool, primary and secondary school students.
