Currently, Hai Duong province has 780 houses and land facilities under the management and use of central agencies in the area that need to be rearranged.
According to the Department of Finance, the province has recently coordinated with central agencies, units, ministries and branches to accelerate the review and development of plans to arrange and handle houses and land of organizations and enterprises under central agencies in the area. Through the review, the whole province has 780 houses and land under the management and use of central agencies in the area that need to be arranged. The provincial People's Committee has developed plans to arrange and handle these facilities.
Specifically, 703 facilities will be retained for continued use; 2 facilities will be retained in part; 70 facilities will be transferred to local management and disposal (including houses and land that are no longer in use and collective housing areas and houses of officials, employees, and laborers currently residing there); and 5 facilities will be reclaimed.
Up to now, the Department of Finance has consulted and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for decision on transferring and transferring 6 houses and lands (of which, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the starting price to organize the auction of 2 houses and lands). The Ministry of Finance has approved the plan to rearrange and handle houses and lands of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Ministry of Finance has also sent a document to seek the province's opinion on the plan to rearrange and handle houses and lands of the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department.
In order to soon put public land and assets into effective use and avoid waste, in the coming time, the Department of Finance will step up coordination with central agencies to review the arrangement plan; continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a document requesting central ministries and branches to speed up the progress of rearranging and handling houses and land, handing over houses and land that are no longer needed or are used ineffectively to the Provincial People's Committee for management and handling according to regulations.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee also approved a plan to handle over 4,200 houses and lands managed by the province. Of these, 3,976 houses and lands will be retained for continued use; 82 houses and lands will be transferred; 111 houses and lands will be sold in their entirety...
