Hai Duong handles many surplus public houses and lands

According to the Department of Finance, Hai Duong has approved a plan to handle over 4,200 houses and land managed by the province.

The People's Theater under the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is subject to repossession and has been abandoned for many years.

Of which, 3,976 houses and lands are retained for continued use; 82 houses and lands are subject to transfer; 111 houses and lands are sold in their entirety...

Up to now, the province has transferred 77 houses and land facilities, transferred 1 facility in part, and 4 facilities have not been transferred. Transferred 19 facilities...

The Provincial People's Committee has also approved the sale decision for 31 facilities; approved the starting price for 12 houses and land facilities; organized the auction of 2 facilities (1 facility in Gia Loc district, 1 facility in Ninh Giang district); 10 facilities have not yet organized the sale. The remaining facilities are hiring consultants to determine the price.

The Employment Service Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is one of the real estate facilities subject to transfer and is currently abandoned, causing waste.

According to the Department of Finance, in the process of rearranging and handling housing and land facilities, the authorities encountered many difficulties due to problems with land origin; some housing and land facilities are submitting to competent authorities for approval of land use plans, general planning, zoning planning, detailed planning, and housing plans.

In the coming time, the Department of Finance will continue to coordinate and guide units to implement plans to rearrange and handle housing and land facilities; adjust and change plans to rearrange and handle housing and land according to regulations, ensuring compliance with planning and local practical needs.
