Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh attended the National Great Unity Day in Chi Linh City.

On the afternoon of November 13, Thanh Tao village, Le Loi commune (Chi Linh city) organized the National Great Unity Day to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front, the traditional day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2023).

Speaking at the festival, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh expressed his impression, commended and congratulated the achievements of the cadres, party members and people of Thanh Tao village in recent times. Thereby, it helps to strengthen the solidarity and close relationship between the village and the neighborhood, improve the material and spiritual life of the people, and actively contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks of Le Loi commune and Chi Linh city.

Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh requested the cadres and people of Thanh Tao village and the cadres and people of the entire commune and Chi Linh city to continue promoting the achieved results, unite, and be determined to successfully carry out the tasks of local socio-economic development with practical actions.

Localities need to continue to promote the implementation of the Party's policies, guidelines, and resolutions, patriotic emulation campaigns and movements, especially promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle, the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", encouraging learning and talent, and caring for the poor and people in difficult circumstances.

Party committees and authorities at all levels proactively grasp the people's thoughts and aspirations, constantly care for the people's material and spiritual lives, especially regularly pay attention to issues related to the people's legitimate and legal rights and interests to promptly coordinate and thoroughly resolve them. In leadership and direction, Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and organizations need to help people change the structure of crops and livestock, creating high-quality, high-value commodities. Promote the role of self-governing groups, inter-family groups, the All People's Movement to Protect National Security, strictly abide by the law, maintain security and order, and prevent crimes and social evils. On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh presented 25 million VND to the Education Promotion Fund of Le Loi commune and Thanh Tao village; presented 2 computers to the Party Committee and People's Committee of Le Loi commune, 1 100-inch TV to Thanh Tao village and 5 gifts to relatives of martyrs in the village. The Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong province presented gifts to 11 families in Thanh Tao village; Chi Linh city presented gifts to 10 families in Le Loi commune with difficult circumstances.

At the festival, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City awarded a certificate of merit to Thanh Tao village, Le Loi commune for its outstanding achievements in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2023. 10 families of Thanh Tao village were awarded certificates of achievement in achieving the title of exemplary grandparents and parents, filial children and good grandchildren.

Thanh Tao village, Le Loi commune (Chi Linh) has 425 households with 1,276 people. The village party cell has 40 party members. The party cell, the Fatherland Front and people's organizations operate effectively, always completing and excellently completing annual tasks. The people are always united, trust in the leadership of the Party, respond to and perform well the tasks and movements of the locality. Currently, the rate of solid high-rise houses is over 87%, the rate of poor households is only 0.7%. All roads in the village are concreted. The village has 10 studious families and has maintained the title of cultural village for 20 years.
