Hanoi City Police provide initial cause of unusual death of 4 family members in Long Bien district.
On September 1, Hanoi City Police are investigating the death of four family members in Long Bien District.
Based on the collected evidence, it was initially determined that due to a previous conflict, Luong Quoc Huy (born in 1979) used a knife to stab his wife and two children to death. After that, he used a knife to injure himself and then hanged himself.
Where the incident occurred
Earlier, at around 10:20 a.m. the same day, Long Bien District Police received a report from residents about the discovery of Mr. Luong Quoc Huy hanging himself in his garden (Tram Beach, Long Bien Ward). In the house were the bodies of Ms. N. (Mr. H.'s wife) and 2 children, LPA (born in 2005) and LMĐ (born in 2013).
Immediately after receiving the report, the City Police Director directed the Long Bien District Police to coordinate with the Criminal Police Department and other investigation units according to regulations.
The Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency is focusing on investigating and clarifying the case.
