In 2024, Hai Duong will carry out 29 science and technology topics.

The science and technology tasks starting from 2024 have 29 topics, an increase of 11 topics compared to 2023. Specifically: 9 topics in agriculture; 4 topics in medicine and pharmacy; 6 topics in social sciences; 4 topics in science, engineering and technology; 6 topics under the Program "Application of science and technology to develop concentrated commodity agricultural production, high-tech agriculture, organic agriculture in Hai Duong province, period 2021 - 2025".

Compared with the previous proposal of the Provincial Science and Technology Council, 2 topics were reduced, both in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.

Thus, in 2024, Hai Duong will carry out 61 topics, tasks, and projects (32 topics and tasks carried over from previous years).

The total implementation cost is over 39 billion VND, of which over 37.7 billion VND is for implementing science and technology tasks; the rest is state management cost.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate the implementation. After the completion of scientific and technological tasks, the results will be summarized, evaluated, accepted, registered and published according to regulations.
