The Hai Duong Province Youth and Children's Creativity Contest is an opportunity to awaken the potential and promote the creative thinking of students across the province.

On the morning of March 3, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Department of Education and Training, and the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union jointly launched the 19th Provincial Youth and Children's Creativity Contest (2024 - 2025) at Tran Phu Secondary School (Hai Duong City).
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thong, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, emphasized that the contest is held annually to arouse the potential and promote the scientific and technical creativity of children and youth in the province; promote the emulation movement of learning and creative work, contributing to socio-economic development; create a useful playground for students to experience, apply lessons, and satisfy their passion for science. Through the contest, valuable models and products will be selected to participate in the 21st National Youth and Children's Creativity Contest.

Contestants are children and youth aged 6-18 who are living, working and studying in the province. Contest solutions are in 5 areas: learning tools; computer software; environmentally friendly products; household appliances and children's toys; environmental protection and economic development.
The prize structure includes: 1 first prize worth 10 million VND; 5 second prizes, 7 million VND/prize; 10 third prizes, 5 million VND/prize and 20 consolation prizes, 3 million VND/prize.
The competition will run from October 2024 to September 2025.

At the launching ceremony, Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union presented 20 gifts, each worth about 800,000 VND, to students of Tran Phu Secondary School.
The 18th Hai Duong Province Youth and Children's Creativity Contest (2023 - 2024), the Organizing Committee received 126 models and products and awarded 36 prizes to typical products and models.
