​Science and technology tasks must be associated with green growth and digital transformation

Proposed and ordered provincial-level science and technology tasks must be consistent with the socio-economic development orientation according to the Resolution of the 17th Hai Duong Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, which is "Green growth, digital transformation and promoting innovation". The tasks must be clearly identified by the receiving and applying agencies and organizations; have the ability to be applied in production and life... The implementation period of the tasks must not exceed 36 months, and the deadline for receiving proposals and orders must be before May 15.

The difference from previous years is that this year the Department of Science and Technology has a policy of not accepting orders from organizations and units for national-level science and technology tasks starting from 2024 to resolve all the limitations of central-level projects implemented in the province.
