Carlex Rose Vintage is a special edition completed by Carlex Design, bringing a nostalgic look with a light pink paint job to the off-road icon Mercedes G-Class.

The famously rugged G63 is given a striking appearance by Carlex Design with the most feminine color tones.

Simply called the Carlex Rose Vintage, the special edition features a unique body kit, different from many other Mercedes G-class versions. The change is notable because off-road vehicles are popular in the car tuning world with oversized accessories to increase ostentation.

The front of the G-Class Vintage gets a chrome bumper, a new grille and the Carlex logo replacing the three-pointed star. Mudguards are also standard, while the rear also gets a chrome bumper.

The lower half of the body is light pink, the upper half is white. The classic style rims with pink center, chrome spokes and white tires. New design Carlex spare tire holder.

Carlex doesn’t stop at the paint. If the exterior alone isn’t enough to make anyone feel like they’re living in Barbie’s world, the interior will. Pink leather covers most interior surfaces, including the seats, steering wheel, dashboard, door panels, and even the trunk lining.

Other cabin highlights include pink Alcantara on the headliner, white contrast stitching, and some white leather detailing on the center console.

Carlex doesn't mention any technical changes, so it seems the G-class will retain its engine. The 2025 off-roader will also mark the first time Mercedes has used 48V mild hybrid technology.

The G550 is equipped with a new 3.0 I6 (inline 6-cylinder) engine, with a capacity of 443 horsepower and a maximum torque of 560 Nm. The new engine replaces the 4.0 V8 engine with a capacity of 416 horsepower and a torque of 610 Nm. Meanwhile, the G63 model still retains the twin-turbocharged V8 engine with a capacity of 577 horsepower and a maximum torque of 850 Nm.

The G63 adds an optional adaptive suspension called AMG Active Ride Control, which uses hydraulic anti-roll bars and dampers to reduce body roll during hard cornering. A new off-road package, the AMG Offroad Package Pro, comes with two new off-road modes: AMG Tracking Pro and AMG Active Balance Control.

In the US, the 2025 Mercedes G-class costs between $149,400 and $163,700. In its home country of Germany, the G-class starts at 122,000 euros ($133,700).
