Driving after drinking alcohol, driving on the wrong side of the road, causing a traffic accident, Mr. HVH (Chi Linh, Hai Duong) was fined 57 million VND.
Standing Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban has just signed a decision to fine Mr. HVH (in Le Loi commune, Chi Linh) 57 million VND for violations in the field of road traffic.
At 9:15 a.m. on December 20, 2023, at km 94+920, National Highway 37 in Thanh Tao village (Le Loi commune), Mr. H. drove a car on the wrong side of the road, causing a traffic accident; alcohol concentration exceeded 80 mg/100 ml of blood and did not have a driver's license.
For the first and third acts, Mr. H. was administratively fined 11 million VND each; and fined 35 million VND for the second act.
Mr. H. was once handled by the police for violating alcohol concentration.
