Thanh Ha will reclaim land from more than 230 families, organizations and individuals to build provincial road 396.

On the morning of November 22, Thanh Ha District People's Committee deployed and disseminated policies and regimes to people in Vinh Lap and Thanh Cuong communes whose land was recovered to implement the investment project to build the extended Provincial Road 396.

In Vinh Lap commune, 4,328.7 m² of land will be recovered from 11 organizations, families and individuals. In Thanh Cuong commune, more than 34,271 m² of land from 220 households, organizations and individuals will be recovered.

The project to build the extended provincial road 396 has a total investment of more than 846 billion VND, from the budget of Hai Duong province in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and the period 2026-2030. The route has a total length of 7.61 km connecting from provincial road 391 to provincial road 390 in Thanh Ha and Tu Ky districts, of which Thanh Ha has 3.66 km. The provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is the investor, and the localities clear the land.

The project is divided into phases 2023-2025 to invest in the construction of the section from the intersection of Provincial Road 390 with the Quang Thanh Bridge approach road to the intersection of Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway with Provincial Road 390, Thanh Ha district. Phase 2026-2030 will complete the remaining items.
