At the 19th session, the 17th Hai Duong Provincial People's Council issued a resolution on approving land recovery; allowing the change of land use purpose for rice cultivation and protective forest land to implement projects and works in 2024 in the province.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council decided to approve the recovery of more than 1,039 hectares of land to implement 358 projects and works in Hai Duong. Allowing the conversion of the purpose of use of more than 555 hectares of rice land and 4.42 hectares of protective forest land to implement 337 projects and works in the province.
