On the morning of September 15, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Hai Duong province met, commended and rewarded 1 collective and 6 individuals of Regiment 18, Division 325, Army Corps 12 for their outstanding achievements in coordinating and supporting Hai Duong to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.

The collectives and individuals receiving awards include the collective of Division 325, Corps 12; Colonel Doan Van The, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 325; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Ha, Deputy Chief of Staff of Division 325; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dac Long, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Division 325; Lieutenant Colonel Tran Van Manh, Deputy Chief of Logistics and Engineering of Division 325; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Huu Tung, Head of Training Department of Division 325; Lieutenant Colonel Do Manh Thai, Deputy Regiment Commander, Regiment 18, Division 325.

Comrades Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully thanked the officers and soldiers of Division 325 under the 12th Corps for actively supporting Hai Duong with a spirit of urgency and the highest responsibility to help the locality cope with floods. On the morning of September 12, more than 300 officers and soldiers of Regiment 18, Division 325, Army Corps 12 provided reinforcement support for the dike, a key point in Ha Dong area (Thanh Ha). On the morning of September 15, all officers and soldiers completed the support and returned to their units.

The 12th Corps was established on November 21, 2023 in Ninh Binh and is the first reorganized corps-level unit of the Army in the direction of "refined, compact, strong" towards modernization, on the basis of merging the two units of Corps 1 and Corps 2. The 12th Corps Command regularly coordinates with the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command in military recruitment, disaster prevention, search and rescue, and coordination of operations in the area.
