On July 24, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province said that it had issued a document requesting relevant units and localities to speed up the completion of documents and organize the auction of houses and land in the area.

Specifically, Khanh Hoa has planned to auction 61 local houses and land. Of these, 12 have been decided to be auctioned, including 11 facilities of the Provincial Development Investment Fund and 1 facility of the Ninh Hoa Cooperative Union.

The Provincial People's Committee requested these units to complete related documents and send them to the Department of Finance for appraisal and approval of the starting auction price before August 10.

Khanh Hoa province has divided 49 houses and land without auction decisions into two groups. For those with synchronous planning, land use plans, and construction plans with land use purposes when transferring, relevant agencies must complete the dossier and send it to the Department of Finance before July 30. From there, specialized agencies will appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee to issue the right to sell the assets before August 15.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned agencies, units and localities to update and adjust planning, land use plans, and construction plans to suit the purpose of land use when transferring. These are cases where the housing and land facilities are not synchronized between planning, land use plans, construction plans and the purpose of use when transferring.

After synchronization, relevant agencies and units prepare asset auction dossiers and send them to the Department of Finance for appraisal, then submit them to the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to sell the assets.
