Da Lat City authorities plan to auction or lease 25 plots of land and villas this year, expected to earn more than 577 billion VND.
The content was stated by the People's Committee of Da Lat City in the report on the list and progress of the implementation of the addresses of houses and villas expected to be auctioned in 2024-2025, just sent to the Standing Committee of the Da Lat City Party Committee.
Villas and land will be auctioned in two forms: leasing or selling assets and transferring land use rights, with one-time payment; auctioning assets and land lease, with one-time payment for the entire lease term or collection by year or cycle.
Of which, the villa at 1 Trieu Viet Vuong, Ward 4, Da Lat City, with a floor area of 881 m2, built on a land area of over 1,900 m2, is expected to be auctioned to raise over 148 billion VND; the land area at 11 Ly Nam De (former Phu Dong Private High School) with an area of over 4,100 m2, is expected to sell assets on the land associated with educational land lease with one-time payment for 50 years, raising over 97 billion VND.
Next are the houses and land at No. 3 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh expected to be sold for 63.5 billion VND; No. 14 Phan Dinh Phung for more than 52.6 billion VND; No. 4 Ho Tung Mau for nearly 40 billion VND...
Thuy Ta Restaurant is also on the list to be auctioned, with expected revenue collection in the second quarter of this year. According to the proposal of Da Lat City authorities, this land of over 3,800 square meters, with a two-story house on the land with a floor area of over 260 square meters, will be auctioned for a 10-year lease, with a one-time expected revenue collection of 30.4 billion VND.
In addition, four other properties, No. 1 Tran Quang Dieu (Palace I Bao Dai), No. 75 3/2 Street; No. 35A Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and 23 3/4 Street, are also on the list of properties expected to be auctioned, but there is no starting price yet due to ongoing issues.
