Auction of nearly 14 hectares of "golden land" in Nghinh Phong cape

The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just decided to organize an auction of land in Nghinh Phong cape to invest in a high-quality tourism, entertainment and resort service complex.

The project has a scale of nearly 14 hectares, located in Ward 2, Vung Tau City, with one side facing Ha Long Street, the remaining three sides facing the East Sea. The total investment capital is more than 10,700 billion VND. The winning bidder will pay the rent at once for the entire 50-year lease period.

The investment objective is to develop a complex of high-end resort tourism, entertainment, and commercial services, taking advantage of the available natural landscape. The product includes a complex of tourism services, entertainment, hotels, and commercial centers of 5-star standard or higher.

The province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to auction and organize the selection of investors. The architectural scale of the project must comply with the Local Adjustment of the 1/2000 Nui Lon - Nui Nho zoning plan in the Mui Nghinh Phong area. The establishment of the 1/500 detailed plan will be carried out after finding the winning investor for the land auction.

Nghinh Phong Cape is located in the south of Vung Tau City and is considered the most beautiful sightseeing spot in the locality. In addition to Nghinh Phong Cape Tourist Area, the Provincial People's Committee said it will proactively invite investors to develop large projects such as Co May 2 Resort, Lam Vien Nui Dinh Tourist Area... The province's goal is to become an international-class tourist center, targeting high-spending customers and foreign tourists.

In recent years, Ba Ria - Vung Tau has emerged as one of the most vibrant resort real estate markets in the South. The province has attracted many large investors with high-end tourism projects, concentrated on the coastal routes of Ho Tram, Dat Do, Xuyen Moc, Vung Tau City and Con Dao District.
