In Phu Cu district,On the morning of April 28, Sao Mai Group Auction Company will organize an auction of assets of the People's Committee of Tong Phan commune.

Accordingly, 43 plots of land for people to build houses will be auctioned for the right to use. The total starting price is over 55 billion VND.

The land plots have areas ranging from 95.6 to 120.8 m2. Unit prices range from 11 to 16.2 million VND/m2; equivalent to starting prices from 1.051 billion to over 1.6 billion VND/plot.

Time for receiving auction documents is before 5:00 p.m. on April 25. Auction participants must pay in advance an amount equal to 20% of the starting price for each plot of land, before 5:00 p.m. on April 26.

Auction method: Direct secret ballot in 1 round at the auction, open results publicly; ascending bid method. The auction will take place at the hall of Tong Phan Commune People's Committee.

Also in Phu Cu district, 48 plots of land for people to build houses will be auctioned by Sao Mai Group Joint Stock Auction Company for land use rights on the morning of April 20.

Accordingly, the auction lots are the property of the People's Committee of Dinh Cao Commune. The area of ​​the land lots ranges from 87.4-98.5 m2.

Unit price from 10.2-18.5 million VND/m2, equivalent to starting price from 918 million to over 1.6 billion VND/unit.

Auction method: Direct secret ballot in 1 round at the auction, open results publicly; ascending bid method. The auction will take place at the hall of the Cultural House of Dinh Cao commune.

In Kim Dong district, 18 plots of land for people to build houses in the new residential area of ​​Hung An commune will be auctioned by Ben Thanh Joint Stock Auction Company on the morning of April 27.

The auctioned land plots are the property of the People's Committee of Hung An Commune. The land plots range in area from 88.1 to 161.3 m2. The starting price is from 11.1 to 29.2 million VND/m2; equivalent to over 1.2 billion to over 3.2 billion VND/plot.

The deadline for submitting auction application documents is 5:00 p.m. on April 23 if submitted at the auction company and 5:00 p.m. on April 24 if submitted at the People's Committee of Hung An commune.

The form of auction for each plot of land is by direct voting in one round at the auction; the method of bidding up. The auction will take place at the hall of the People's Committee of Hung An commune.
