Hai Duong registers to promote the implementation of electronic health books and pilot models to serve the people.

The 9 localities attending the conference are: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong City, Hai Duong, Thua Thien Hue, Khanh Hoa, Binh Duong, Quang Ninh, Kien Giang provinces. These are the localities that have registered to promote the implementation of electronic health books, issuing criminal records and pilot models.

At the Hai Duong Provincial Police bridge, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

Speaking at the end of the working session, leaders of the Ministry of Health and the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order requested localities to closely follow the instructions of the Prime Minister and relevant ministries and branches to implement tasks to ensure compliance with plans, progress and requirements. In the immediate future, localities need to be determined to implement the electronic health book model and issue electronic criminal records on the VNeID application.

Localities need to urgently participate in contributing to the draft decision to issue guidelines for implementing the VNeID electronic health book in medical examination and treatment to serve the people so that the Ministry of Health can soon issue it as a legal basis for implementation.

Localities and medical facilities need to master technology and avoid dependence on IT service providers. Actively implement the connection of medical examination and treatment data using electronic health records between medical facilities for convenience, saving time, effort and money for people...

For pilot models following the 19 models of Hanoi, leaders of provinces and cities need to proactively and resolutely direct and urge relevant departments, branches and units to implement. Pay attention to creating favorable conditions in terms of funding, facilities, equipment and legality when implementing the models; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure progress and quality of implementation.

After the online conference ended, in a quick exchange with the units attending the meeting, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, requested relevant levels and sectors to focus on implementing the models of Project 06, especially the models selected as national pilot models.

Regarding the 12 models of the province registered with the Ministry of Public Security to follow Hanoi City, the Vice Chairman of the province suggested that the Provincial Police should soon discuss with the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order to unify the quantity and then implement them in the province from now until the end of the year.

Based on the agreed models, relevant departments and branches need to develop specific plans for implementation, especially clearly stating the content, leading and coordinating units, workload, and completion time to report to the province for direction and implementation.

Provincial levels and sectors need to promote digital transformation, along with cutting administrative procedures, focusing on reviewing and building electronic processes. The Department of Information and Communications should accelerate the construction of a shared data warehouse; continue to review equipment serving the models to have solutions to ensure good performance of tasks. The Department of Health needs to focus on implementing the Electronic Health Book to ensure progress nationwide, and soon put it into service for the people...
