Introducing Chu Dau pottery, 3 Hai Duong children won second prize in the semi-finals of the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching out to the world"

On May 30, in Hai Phong City, the Central Council of Young Pioneers coordinated to organize the semi-finals of the Northeast and Red River Delta regions of the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching out to the world".

12 teams from the provinces and cities of Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Bac Giang competed to find the next representative to enter the final round of the playground. The contestants presented and interacted in English with the judges on the topic of introducing their homeland, country and people of Vietnam.

The Hai Duong provincial team consisted of 3 children: Trinh Bach Duong, Le Ba Khanh, class 5E, and Trinh Dinh Nguyen, class 3E, from Cam Giang Primary School (Cam Giang). They brought to the playground a presentation about the origin, history, product manufacturing process, and value of Chu Dau ceramics. As a result, the Hai Duong team won second prize in the regional semi-finals.

After more than 4 months of implementation, the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching Out to the World" has received nearly 15,000 entries with nearly 20,000 children registering to participate in the online round. The Organizing Committee has selected 100 excellent teams nationwide to participate in the semi-finals of the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching Out to the World" from May 17 to June 10 in the provinces and cities: Hanoi, Phu Tho, Hai Phong, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Can Tho.

The playground is an environment for children to improve their social understanding, learn about traditional cultural beauty, create an environment for learning competition, develop their abilities, improve themselves, and hone their English skills. This is the second year the playground "Vietnamese Children - Reaching Out to the World" has been held nationwide.
