Concluding the working session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and results achieved by the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies in recent times.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to continue to enhance its role and lead and direct the subordinate Party Committees and Party cells in a flexible and effective manner, creating positive and substantial changes. Further improve the quality of studying, grasping and implementing the Party's resolutions throughout the Party Committee. Inspection and supervision work needs to be focused, key and highly effective. It is necessary to soon develop a coordination regulation between the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Provincial Public Security Party Committee in verifying, examining, appraising and concluding the political standards of personnel serving the work of cadres, to strictly implement in accordance with regulations, limiting the number of delayed cases...

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Hieu assigned the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to develop a report on the results of the verification, examination and conclusion of the Party Committee's political standards for cadres in 2023 to properly assess the situation and implementation results, point out the limitations that need to be overcome and propose solutions to promote the achieved results.

In 2023, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc had 66 grassroots party organizations evaluated and classified for quality, of which 20 grassroots party organizations excellently completed their tasks, accounting for 30%; 44 grassroots party organizations well completed their tasks, accounting for 67%; 1 grassroots party organization completed its tasks, accounting for 1.5%; 1 grassroots party organization did not complete its tasks, accounting for 1.5%. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc proposed that the Provincial Party Committee award certificates of merit to 7 grassroots party organizations and 2 party cells under the grassroots Party Committee.

The Party Committee of the Bloc has 5,289 party members classified as having completed their tasks well, accounting for 96.67%, of which 911 party members have completed their tasks excellently, accounting for 17.22%; 103 party members have completed their tasks, accounting for 1.88%; 79 party members have not completed their tasks, accounting for 1.44%. The targets set by the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress of the Bloc for the 2020-2025 term every year are all achieved and exceeded.
